Game back up running. Expansions able to download, but stuff packs missing.

This sounds like you may be missing some entitlements for these expansions on your account- this isn't something we can look over here on the forums, but the live support team can review this with you further and see what's going on.

Please reach out to live support from the help site here https://go.ea.com/HowToEAHelp and have the team check the entitlements on your account for these packs- I'd also recommend that you attach this AHQ conversation when you contact in so the team has something further to reference.
