Game crashes since update before supernatural

Ever since I downloaded the update that came out before supernatural I have been having crashing problems. I thought supernatural might fix it but it didn't I thought the update before season's might fix it, it didn't and I hoped and prayed that season's itself would fix it, and oh look it didn't.

I'm running on Windows Vista Home Premium (6.0, Build 6001). I have just recently reformatted my hard drive and re-installed Sims and ALL EP's and SP's which have been released so far, so I have LOADs more space on my hard drive thinking it was that.
It will either crash about an hour into game play or if I try and use CAS which it the most annoying cause I just changed season and I want to change my Sims clothes to go with it ☹️

I only have 2 mods one to stop the intro  video playing and the others a ladder.

Oh and I save regularly so I know that wont help.

Processor: Intel (R) Celeron (R) CPU E2400 @ 2.60GHz (2CPU), ~2.6GHz

Memory: 3292MB RAM

Graphics: Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset     Driver Date: 11/02/11

Please can someone help me. I'm sick of this now I just want to be able to enjoy the game without worrying it's going to crash every 5 mins.
