Angeline1398 What world(s) are you playing in, and does the game run better in a new save in Sunset Valley? Please try if you haven't already and let me know.
For reference, please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
I'm playing in Moonlight Falls. I tried Twinbrook in a new save to see if that was the problem and it froze then, too.
I just tried and Sunset Valley froze, too.
