Dude, I've had the same issue and on a note 4 too. That marmalade gllnit issue message. Did you ever figure out the cause? I'm this close to calling Google about a refund.
Nope, nothing yet. The post above yours has a link that refers to this same problem. Looks like its been going on for a while. And EA has yet to fix it (more than likely won't).
