Game keeps freezing at night time

Hello, 

So I've recently downloaded a world called Setra, (I didn't get the problem before installing Setra)

I made a new family, first It was fine but a couple days after that my game kept freezing at night, -2-3a.m mostly,

No matter what speed it was, I tried leaving it at Speed 1 but it carried on, to un freeze it I pressed P on my keyboard (Pause) and 1,2 and waited 30-40 seconds?  It's really been bugging me as it freezes once, twice, and BOOM, My game crashes.

I tried putting my sims on the DEP list but now it says The Sims has stopped working.... Checking for a solution - Obviously they don't find a solution...

Also, I CAN'T uninstall my sims game and EP's as my disc tray is 'locked' and on origin takes hours for me to install one EP (Just me?)

I'm currently updating my game, sorry for posting this before I updated it but I need to know what to do,
