What's the exact error message you're getting and what's your operating system ?
It only came up once and it just said that the high graphics might be slowing the game down. And I have windows 8.

I don't know much about AMDs but 1.9 Ghz seems rather low. Also it seems whatever graphics card you have, that is not properly recognized. It's has just a generic driver installed.
Try to find out what chip/card you have and download the newest drivers for it.
