Game Problem i've never seen before...

So i recently started up my game like i always do , and noticed a weird change to my game. The camera is moving very slowly as well as the sims all walking in super slow motion. Now when i hit the second speed button they walk like they normally should and on the third speed button, like they should on the second speed. I had not changed anything about my game before this point. I do play with mods so i took them out and tried running the game... Still wasnt working , i deleted all my caches and did all the clean up stuff... still nothing , finally i uninstalled my game and re-installed it , updated it again , and still it wont work properly. I've kinda run out of ideas here. If anyone could help that would awesome.

I've finally , found the soltuion to this problem. It was a windows update on my computer or so it seems. My laptop had just updated and thats when the game started acting up. Weeks later i had another update for my computer and bam , the game worked again. Really weird but i guess it could happen.

What is your base game version right now ? Are you sure you're updated to the latest ?

To find out, open your launcher and hover over the little base game icon in the lower left part of the launcher. It should say 1.50.

Also did you try lowering the settings ? Your graphic chip is below specs.

yea game is up to date and ive tried turning down all the settings to low , still is messed up

It probably all comes down to your graphic chip not having the minimum requirements.
Don't know what else you could try.
