@thisisonps3 You can try repairing the game in Origin, although it's not likely to help in cases where the same issue happens on multiple computers. Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help though, you may have received bad codes for those two packs, especially if you bought from an unauthorized third-party seller. EA routinely blocks packs tied to codes that were originally stolen or otherwise fraudulently obtained, even though the player usually has no idea, and the seller might not either. (These codes can change hands several times before they get to you.) This can happen immediately, or it can happen with an Origin update weeks or months later.
The only way to find out if this is what's happened to you is to contact EA customer support and ask specifically about the status of the codes for Pets and WA. Support is on limited hours right now, with phone calls entirely unavailable, and live chat only open from 9 am to midnight GMT, Monday through Saturday.
Hey, thanks for the response You are probably right about Ea blocking codes and i have tried contacting Ea via web chat as I had to explain that sims 3 Supernatural and the sims 3 university life have disappeared from my origin account in that EA admitted those games where there at one pint but removed by steam "The games were available and later removed as per the Steam/Valve request.". However, in contacting steam they told me “There's no way for us to remove titles from your Origin Account.” and steam
“unsure why they sent you to us since this has nothing to do with Steam due to the content being registered to your Origin's account and not through your Steam account.” Now Ea is blaming G2A as that is where those keys came from.
However in that situation Supernatural and the university life where both purchased from G2A and got removed from my account yet world adventures and pets where also purchased from G2A yet not removed from my account and that confuses me even more

@thisisonps3 Some of the codes G2A sells happen to be legitimate, and some are not. It isn't the fact that you bought from G2A, it's the circumstances under which those codes were originally obtained.
Customer support is incorrect that they can't remove the packs from your account. They do it all the time. If you have the patience, please contact them again and ask a second time. If you still don't get anywhere, let me know, and I'll see if there's something else you should be saying.

Yeah I contacted them earlier today after valve told me they can not remove games from my origin account and ea are claimed that them saying "The games were available and later removed as per the Steam/Valve request." was incorrect however now they are telling me to contact g2a and trying to put the blame on them but in this situation I don't think that would help considering ea told me games where there at one point in time and all g2a allows me to do is contact the seller of the keys who are not replying

Sul Sul, @thisisonps3.
It is correct that if a key is requested disabled by the retailer (or, it sounds like the retailer of the original purchaser of the resold key), that it could make your game / expansion poof on you.
The EA Help advisors are also correct that you would need to resolve this through your retailer if there are problems with the key as they can often issue a replacement or refund so you can try purchasing another. As a retailer, it is their duty to ensure you get what you paid for.
If you wish to repurchase the missing expansions, you can find our trusted PC digital online retailers here. You can also purchase them on Origin.com.
