@Kamb64: What patch level are you on ? Was this an old save game or a new one ?

I am completely up to date and patched. I don't know how to find more specific patch information for you. I installed the game and did all the updates and patches it said I needed this afternoon.

I was playing on an old save. It was a family I had been playing for a while.
