@MrsLBSanders: Ok. I'll add if I get more reports on that 7 sec issue. As for your memory issue. That has been posted before and I'm unsure if that is a bug. Both family members get their wish fulfilled if either parent teaches the little ones something. They changed that a while back.
Bonus items can be found in your purchase history. There's no message about them.
There was an announcement a while back that EA is done with paper manuals.
@ZeekSlider: They sometimes look strange in my game too. I think that's intentional to bring some variety in it.
