Try to start the game directly from the exe.

To do that, go to the following folder:

c:\programs\electronicarts\game\bin
or
c:\programs(x86)\electronicarts\game\bin

and make a short-cut to your desktop of the following file: ts3w.exe (or simply double click on it)
