Regarding stuck inventory of gems, jewels and metals --

WOOHOO! Jewels, gems and metals stuck in inventory workaround!!!!!!!!
I took your first suggestion and downloaded Error Trap. Error Trap, however, didn't want to launch telling me that I was not on the correct version. I can guarantee you that I have installed the latest patch. I ignored the error and continued. With Error Trap launched it automatically deleted all the jewels, gems and metals that were previously stuck in inventory. This obviously is not what my desired outcome was. (I am teling you this just for general information since I know you collect this type of information. Error Trap did not work for me and said I was on the wrong version). I exited my game without saving.
I removed Error Trap and launched the game again. This time I took your second suggestion of using Master Controller to sort the inventory....... SUCCESS!!!!!! after Using Master Controller to sort the inventory I was able to remove the jewels, gems and Metals. Thank you so much for your help. Hopefully others that have stuck inventory can use this also.
