Ok I sorted out the problem I was having with barnacle bay and riverview, Deleted all my eps and sps plus all the stuff I had from the store and the exchange....I then installed the base game also barnacle bay and riverview then installed generations everything was there, so after installing all my eps and sps I checked and all my towns were there including the missing ones, then I went back into my purchase history and installed all the contents in there then I checked to see if I still had barnacle bay and riverview and yes I do....
The only problem I have now is that it's crashing about 10mins into the game I went in to DEP followed the instructions on page one on here started the game as admin but it still crashing 10 - 15mins into the game.
