Same issue.
Also, when registering more than one child for boarding school at a time, the cars to pick them up never arrive the next morning and all of the children registered at that same time are stuck in limbo of no school.
Edited to say: All of my mods (with the exception of the updated MC) have been removed since I got the first no interactions glitch, and yet still having issues.
