New one I found:
While the daughter is at boarding school, I sent the parents to China on vacation. Anything that was purchased and put into the family inventory is not there after returning home. No chests, no martial arts training dummy, no board breaker. But it did take the money :!:
I play on an iMac, no mods or cc (unless one counts the Sims Store), this is a fresh Generations game as the expansion broke my lineage household so severely, there was simply no fixing it.
I still do get the periodic lag in China where everything freezes for a good 20 seconds, but I had that prior to the expansion too.
(Whenever the daughter gets home, I'll boot her to China to finish picking up the fish her father failed to get, and I'll have her try to buy those things again.)
Edit: Forgot to add, I also have WA, Ambitions, LN, Generations (obviously), and all of the Stuff Packs.
