Get money back for sims 3 game

HELP! I bought the sims 3 downloadable version game from the sims website!  I didnt open it or anything but i just now found out that I cannot download origin that will download the game for me!  Is there any way I can get my money back because i havent done anything, just bought it?? please!

    I'm sorry, I didn't quite understand your problem.  Are you having issues downloading the game because it's giving you an error? Are you having issues with downloading Origin because it's giving you an error? Or you bought the game by mistake and want a refund?

    No i cant download origin because my mac isnt a 10.6.8...so basically its like i bought it on accident.  I just want my money back...is there any way to do that?

    You need to contact EA's customer support so that they'll give you a refund.  https://help.ea.com/contact-us

    Scroll down the page to the bottom, on the right side choose your country, then scroll back up and fill in the steps, you'll be given ways to contact them for help: a message, live chat or phone number (depending on what country you're in).
