Gold Lucky Palms purchased, casino no where to be found

I purchased the gold version of Lucky Palms, and double checked to make sure I purchased and paid for that version, but the casino is no where to be found on the map. I am very frustrated - I was very excited to use it. The rest of the Lucky Palms town seems to be there. Hope someone can help. I am not computer saavy! Thanks.
