graduation in base game
From what I understand, graduation is only possible in Univeristy expansion?
I've always had only base game, and the parent has a whim for his child to graduate.
Is this a bug?
@krecha_ae To fulfill the base game wish, I believe the parent has to "see" the kid age up from teen to young adult. There's no ceremony necessary. Also, Generations brings a high school graduation, which may have coincided with when the wish was introduced, but it's been so long that I don't remember whether the wish existed in the base game before that.
