I was just wondering if there was any way to create your own hairstyle. I just can't seem to find the hairstyle I want and I'd like to make it.

You can create meshes (in other words Custom Content) There are a few sites that offer CC like:

I would recommend TSR. The downloading is pretty simple. You can also request things on the forum there, however very few get their requests fulfilled.
TSR also offers a program that allows you to make your own custom content.
