your card has many yes and some maybe and these are with older patches than the new 1.67
What Ep's do you have installed?
When did the crashing start from the begining? Did you add anything new? any CC or mods? What world are you playing?
You also need to get the game to accept a newer card.

Keep in mind when you look at specs, game will play better on a desktop than a laptop. Those specs I posted are for desktop. Laptops wont perform as well because they are all in one unlike a desktop.
