@CampbellSD Are you sure that Roaring Heights has not already been added to your account? Sometimes it takes clearing your browser cache, or trying a different browser, for added content to show up on your page. If the world still isn't listed in your purchase history, contacting EA by call or chat is the best option. (Email doesn't always help.) If you haven't already, set your location to US for the chat option. Calling should be available right now, as I believe the open hours are something like 9-5 Pacific time. Just so you know, no one here would be able to help you with your account details, as most responders are your fellow players.
Pretty sure that nothing has downloaded, even when it to check the game and its not an option when it loads.

@CampbellSD No store content will download automatically. You have to go to the store, sign in, click on Store/My Store Account/Purchase History, and all of your content will be listed for download. Just click the button, choose, TS3 to open the file if it asks, and wait for the launcher to open.

Cant redeem the code to get to the downloads. Can't request a call back because I dont have a US telephone numbers, chat does not load just get a dialog box saying Sit Tight. tryng to find a phone number that I can call now
