Try contacting EA Customer Care , they will tell you the order status of your transaction and in case some issue is there they will help you to get resolved it ASAP
I just bought sims points through origin and I usually get the email about the purchase. I looked in my order history and nothing. How long does it take to transfer the sim points onto my account? This never happened to me before. I usually get a notification of the purchase right away and see it on the sim site.
