Help. i cant download from the exchange
I have been able to download things in the past, but i cant now. It also says that my login is incorrect but i can still login in on origin.

Origin and thsims3.com sites are two different sites. Did you try your login for Origin on thesims3.com? If you can't remember your login for thesims3.com you will need to contact EA customer service. This is an open forum for users by users and account information can not be accessed here.
