help my sims 3 wont let me play

first ive been playing the sims 3 since 2024 so i download a one stuff pack and then i sign up my sims 3 account into a sims 3 web to my account linked to ea i download stuff like household and colors&nbsp; so when i tried to play this game it didnt work. i put my pack dvd that i own into my dvd machine it didnt work too so i need help

@Nutzzlol&nbsp; When you say it didn't work, what exactly happens when you try to play?&nbsp; How far do you get, and then what do you see?&nbsp; If you're getting an error, please post a screenshot.

Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
