Help re-installing a Sim Game

hello everyone i purchased a sim game a few months ago off amazon. i had to download the game through origin and since then i had to uninstall the game from an older computer because it would crash i now have a new computer and i want to reinstall the game i purchased but when i try to download it , i get a message that the code has already been used. can anyone help me i wouldnt want to purchase the game again and i think i should be able to download what i have already paid for.

    You have to go thru origin again. Log onto Origin and you should see it in the my games page. I hope that helps.

    I've tried that, but it doesn't show up. I've even tried uninstalling anything and everything sims related and origin related, but it doesn't help at all. It lets me download my other sims 3 games, just not the Sims 3, which I need to finish downloading the others.
