is there a cheat in sims 3 to get the romance bar to 100%? or at least a easy way to do it because my sim is already in love but it doesn't the have propose or ask to be girlfriend option.

what's the relationship with each other friends, best friends works best if they are best friends
do you have the seasons EP i know that messed up relationships sooo have them break up using the let's be friends line then use the cheat to get the relationship back up to best friends ctrl+shift+c in the menu bar type in testingcheatsenabled true then in the relationship panel drag the slider to best friends invite over and see how it goes
don't forget to turn the cheat off ctrl+shift+c in the menu bar type in testingcheatsenabled false
