HELP!!!!!

1- how do i uninstall my sims 3 game?

2-can't play it said : échec de l'initialisation de service (0x024e424f)... help!

3-can you send me the following file please : Shaders_Win32.precomp

    Well when I had to uninstall my game I went into control panel on my pc and clicked add/remove program. Then find your sims games (all the expansion packs and base game has to be uninstalled individually which is a pain!!! Are you sure you totally have to uninstall it? although it did say failure to initialise service which I haven't had it say before.

    First you need to tell us how you have The Sims 3 installed. Is it via retail, via Steam, or via Origin?
