Hidden Springs Free Simpoints

I bought the Worlds Bundle with Monte Vista and Hidden Springs, and was supposed to get 2,450 free simpoints. But whenever I click the download button on my purchase history page, the only thing it does is uninstall and then reinstall the latest expansion pack. What do I do?

Did you get the world ? You get 2000+ Simpoints to buy the world. They've changed it around so much that maybe it's now just added to your purchase history withough you getting the SP to buy it.
