Hidden Springs Short Serial # & not showing up in origin

Hi I purchased Hidden Springs online and choose the download verision. When I went to the sims 3 website to dl it, it said to enter the serial #. The serial number I have on my recepit that was sent to my email and on my order history is only a set of four characters, but the website is showing five and its not working. The Game also never showed up on origin. HELP!!

    this doesnt work because the serial number is too short. there are not enough characters in the code for the sims3.com to read or accept it. It also doesnt show up in my savedd games on origin.

    The code will not work on the regular registration page. You will need to enter the code on the 'My Account' page under 'Redeem Code'. It will work there. Good luck!
