Hi daughter installed Sims 3 but entered incorrect email address how do I change it to the correct one?

Hi there, in order to change your email address for thesims3.com you need to contact a Game advisor through https://help.ea.com/contact-us
This is because the email and password changing options on thesims3.com website have been disabled.
