How can I change my Sims hair when they are in mermaid form?

Does it matter in which form you change them ? Never really played mermaids but isn't the hair in mermaid form the same they have in non-mermaid form ?

Yes I tried changing it in cas but no matter if I do it when IM in cas or if I just go to change appearance it doesn't work

Are you using the cheat or the mirror/dresser ?

Did you change your hair in game? Just go into change scale color option on the mirror if the problem doesn't go lock your hair for all outfits and go back into change scale color option hope this helped:catembarrassed:

I had the same problem when I first got IP, what you've got to do is change your swimsuit hair to what you want your mermaid hair to be, so when you get in the water in you swimwear your sim will turn into a mermaid but keep the hair. But remember, this only works once, so before you become a mermaid and get in the water for the first time after becoming a mermaid, you will have to change your swimwear hair and then it will stay like that permenently whilst your swimming as a mermaid.
