How can i get my confirmation email?

made a accidental purchase of 3 games, world adventures, supernatural and the worlds bundle from the sims 3. worlds bundle is not present in my download tray. I did not receive a confirmation email from EA with my redeem codes. And i paid for all 3 games. SO i would like a rfund for the game i did not get, or i would like you to help me redeem my games please and thank you
