The aswer tha you gave me didn´t work, But tha´s okay.
I found out tha you can dowload it not using the internet, just the CD.
for those who needs help. Here:
1) Pop the disk in (oh you know you've been waiting for this hot cake of misery )
2) Go to your DVD RV Drive(E🙂 Sims3
3) Click Autorun.exe
4) Course Origin will ask for you to install ( but it's just confirming the game)
5) Log into Origin ( make a account if needed)
6) Once you log in you must be online to download but dont worry it begins to download from your disk ( you hear the disk scrolling and all that jazz)
7) Sit back and see how much faster it downloads.It should open up to Install Sheild Wizard.

Attempting this on a computer that cannot go on the internet legally (Security reasons). You guys need to stop linking stuff to online accounts sense 15% the US is not allowed to go online. I need to know how to install the content I bought on CD to a computer that cannot touch the internet.
If you bought the game after sept 2012, it says on the box that you need an active internet connection to install the game. There's no way around that.
