how can I redeem my world bundle?
I have the serial number, but it only has 16 letters/numbers instead of 20 and it won't redeem on the sims 3 website. I have the monte vista/hidden springs bundle for reference.

I tried it just now, and it's offering live chat with a wait time of one minute. If that doesn't work either, try using the site without signing in. Some contact options (I can't login, for example) allow you to start a live chat without a login, in case the problem is your account.
