How do I download registered games from Origin?

I bought a version of The Sims 3 from Steam, but deleted the game from my PC. I heard there is a way to download the game through Origin as well. How do I do this? And yes, I have already registered ...

Download the Origin client here: http://origin.com/download

Login and you should find the game in MyGames to download.

If it's not there, try redeeming your Steam codes.
