so my mom got a computer i got sims 3 on it that computer broke i got a new computer and i want to get sims 3 back so how do i install it without getting charged $20 can u email a redeem code to buy it or something

if your games are registered to your account download and install Origin then log into the Origin shortcut icon on your desktop with the email and password you use for your account
please take note Origin has changed the layout of the games
If you registered it on Origin or the Sims website just download Origin and it should be in your library. If it was a disc than just put the disc in the optical drive and follow the instructions that pop up.
