How do I install the Greenhouse Venue?
I bought the greenhouse but don't know what type of community lot it is and I can't get it to drop on an empty lot. I need some tutorial please.

Make sure that your empty lots are large enough for the venue. I'd choose "Visitors Allowed" as Lot Type. You can't go wrong with that.
