How Do I Make and Upload Custom Tattoos to the Sims 3?

This page here is a tutorial on how to make tattoos. I know some people put tattoos as clothing in the accessories area, but this is a tutorial for the tattoos that you can adjust placement, size, and opacity on. The real kind of tattoos. As for uploading tattoos to the exchange, I'm still trying to figure that out myself. When I hit share, it doesn't do anything. I heard that you could put a small dot in the corner and layer the two tattoos and it would work, but I'm yet to try that.
