How do I redeem my free stuff that came with Island Paradise? I redeemed my code with Origin and when I go to do it on the sims 3 site it says it's invalid.

Just once in my life i would like an Origin product code to work

Mine was a physical copy too, so I'm really confused, I didn't get any email about it either.

i got an email with a code on that's too short and no '-' in it for the free pack but it doesn't work on either Oorigin or the Sim's site
