How do i uninstall a clothing item

The AHQ is for game problems specifically and not for any other thing.

What issue do you have exactly ? Where you trying to delete and what are you trying to delete ?

Im trying to get rid a shirt in my game and not have it any more

Custom Content or one that came with the game ? Custom content is always uninstallted through the launcher (unless it's a package file in which case you just delete the file from your mods folder). 

Content that comes with the game can't be deleted.
