For future reference, this error is currently happening when someone who's playing through the EA App tries to install Store content that was originally downloaded while that person was playing Origin. (I suppose it could happen when switching between different types of installs, e.g. between Steam and the EA App, or between computers, as well.) The fix is to redownload the content.
