Game wont open :/

Please help! I play sims 3 on my 2023 MacBook Air. Recently all of a sudden I go to open sims 3 and the launcher opens fine but when I try to actually open sims 3 the launcher closes and Ea reopens but sims 3 never does, I’m just stuck in this loop. I’ve tried repairing the game, didn’t fix it. I’ve deleted the game. Didn’t fix it. I tried a new admin. Didn’t fix it. I have no mods or cc or anything. Please give suggestions.

    carissa221​  You tried a new admin account on your Mac?  Did you link the account to your Apple ID?  If so, please delete that account and try another new one, this time without the link.

    Before trying to play in that account, repair the game in the EA App (Sims 3 > Manage > Repair).
