How do you download sims 3 seasons for direct download on origin?

Question

I pre-ordered sims 3 seasons for direct download on origin. I was sent an email saying it was ready for download and to go to the "My Games" section of origin and start downloading form there. I have gone to "My Games", and "Orders and Billing History" but I can't see how I can download it. I have downloaded origin already and I have also looked up things on "Help". This is my last chance. None of my friends know how to do it. And I don't want to loose $40! Please help me!!! ☹️
