How stop sims in random career outfits?

So my sims and townies always have random career outfits and I have no idea how to fix this. I know there is a way to edit them using NRASS Master Controller however this feels like a temporary fix. ...

    @wexxam  Some levels of some careers don't have their own outfits, at least as far as I can remember.  Car's Sims Guide typically lists all known career outfits but only has seven for the Professional Sports career:

    It's definitely a Known Issue that when there isn't a specified outfit, the game can randomize to something completely ridiculous.  But if you're seeing sims who have a known career outfit and yet aren't wearing it, I would test with no custom content and no mods other than those from NRaas.

@wexxam  There's no way to stop sims from gaining career outfits, if that's what you mean.  What about them is a problem?  If there are specific CAS items you don't want used, NRaas Dresser might help, but Dresser does come with more of a learning curve than most mods, NRaas or otherwise.

More generally though, sims will have seemingly randomized career outfits if their job doesn't have a specific outfit, for example the part-time jobs or the cash register roles.  I've seen a lot of them gain graduation robes as the career outfit, or similarly unsuitable clothing, and the only thing to do is edit the outfit itself.

The problem is they are not wearing the correct default career outfits. They are almost always randomized for some reason no matter what. I feel like I always need to edit them. Sometimes they wear the correct outfit however it always ends up changing to something random. I am finding myself going into CAS mode using MC to edit their career outfits to the correct default ones. 

For example my sim got a job in the professional sports career, his level 1 outfit was completely randomized. Is this how it is meant to be? I seem to recall all careers in the game having set career outfits.

      Thanks I thought I was going crazy. I always thought every career had set outfits from level 1 to 10. Maybe I was wrong. Thanks for the help!
