how to cancel the aothorization from a computer can't be use alreay?

i only got two aothorization left and i want to get it back to five before i change my computer again

EA can usually increase your activations worst case. Just contact them via help.ea.com. Then contact us.

There is no need to contact a Game Advisor for this simple task 🙂

You can de-authorize the game yourself on your current computer, to do so, please follow the steps described in this help center article: https://help.ea.com/article/using-the-de-authorization-tool-for-the-sims-3

Open The Sims 3 Launcher on the computer you wish to de-authorize.

the questin is the computer i wish to de-authorize can't be use anymore,that computer already past the way
and i via help.ea.com but it bring me back to here

Sorry, if I misunderstood your question. If you don't have access to your old computer anymore, then you need to contact a Game Advisor for further assistance with this matter.

You can do so via http://help.ea.com/contact-us, please select Sims 3 as the Product, Account as the Category and PC as the Platform.

You should be able to see different contact methods, please also note, that contact methods may vary depending on your country and time. If no contact method besides Answer HQ is available to you, then please try again later or change the country at the bottom of the page.
