How to delete an unused account with the sims3 site

there is no official way to delete a sims account on the website because EA failed to provide a button that is able to delete accounts. What I did was called EA games, or the help number on the sims 3 game that you have, and asked them to sucessfully uninstall or delete the unwanted account. After calling, they helped me so much and deleted the account that I no longer wanted! Hope this helps!

Go to https://help.ea.com/ and scroll down to the bottom of the page and on the right side it says "Contact Us". And there you go. I had the same problem and I had to contact EA.

I tried contacting them they said that it was linked to the origin account and that I would loose everything, did this happen to you?
