@Memi_0107_ Your store data should have migrated over with everything else, and I'm not sure why it didn't. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try though.
- Clear your browser cache, making sure to uncheck the box to preserve data for favorite sites.
- Use a different browser. Sometimes store content doesn't always show up on the first try. And neither Safari nor Chrome works well with the store; try Firefox instead.
- Instead of using your Purchase History, go directly to an item's product page. If you see a Download button, either blue or green, you can download the content for free. (Green means you already own it; blue means you can "purchase" it for free due to your account details.)
If none of these steps work, let me know, and I'll ask if one of the EA community managers can take a look at your thread.

Okay so used Firefox to go on (somehow the shop looked really broken in firefox compared to chrome) I went on site I know for a fact I used to own but I only can see a green buy now button. It's like way back when Sims 3 was the thing I bought it all but the account I made back then would be the one I just got merged since it's the only I ever made before origin.

@Memi_0107_ I asked an EA community manager about this, and unfortunately, there probably isn't any way to get your owned content back. This article is mostly about other EA games, but it does mention Sims 3 downloaded content (click View more under "These games and services include, but are not limited to:").

So if the data about your store content purchases is gone, I don't think you can fix it. You could always try contacting EA customer support again, but I'm not sure they'd be able to help. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer.
