The blood fruit is called Plasma Fruit. You can purchase it at the supermarket just like any other fruit such as grapes or apples.

and as furyogaijin said buy the plasama fruit at the supermarket also if your sim is a gardner you can plant and grow plasma fruit just keep normal sims away from it as they will get ill
Yes my Sim is a vampire. But even still I can't get plasma. I only drink plasma juice, or Sims plasma. I just don't understand why I can't have access to plasma packs or plasma fruit.
