How to I get my Free SIMS 3 Stuff Pack

I received my email with a code on it and I can't seem to get it working for my free stuff packs for the island paradise not even sure what I need to do. please help

    Please just buy the stuff pack in the shop as you would normally do. Once you proceed to checkout you will see a menu like this:

    Please put your code into the field here:

    Click the "APPLY" button and you should be good to go.
