There are two Electronic Arts folders...
One for your game data under Documents under this path.
C:\Users\
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3
(i.e. Download (.sims3pack files from exchange, store) Saves(saved games including backups), SavedSims(all your saved sims), etc....
One for your installed games under Programs that run the game.
You should have one folder for every game you have installed.
Those are under the paths below.
TS3 base game - C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin
WA ep - C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 World Adventures\Game\Bin
Ambitions ep - C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 Ambitions\Game\Bin
Are you sure you are looking under Programs and not Documents? What I posted is the direct path for Windows Vista.
